ex-situ treatment to be used for the treatment and de-contamination of reverse
emulsion of drilling cuttings, soils and sludge from production pits, all
contaminated by hydrocarbons. |

for the remediation of drilling oil base cuttings with reverse emulsion,
contaminated by hydrocarbons. The test was conducted at

| November 7, 2001, The US Department of the Energy (DOE), the
State of Wyoming and Petroleum Environmental Technology, LLC , our
Petroleum Technology company began an In-situ Bioremediation project in
Casper, Wyoming using ECOSAFE®.
This project was under the direction of the
Rocky Mountain Oilfield Testing Center
(RMOTC), at their Teapot Dome, NPR3 facility. |
| June, 13, 2001,ECOSAFE®
was presented by the Venezuelan Electric
Company, CADAFE in a Television Press Conference for the degradation of
PCB. The first time PCB was degraded in Venezuela and probably in the
world. |
| December 3-9, 2000, ECOSAFE® was presented at the AIDIS Conference in Porto Alegre,
Brazil by the Government of Puerto Rico, Environmental Quality Board. |
| In 1999 ECOSAFE® PCB Degradation, was published in the Ambiente
Magazine. Vol. 2, No. 1, written by the Government of Puerto Rico,
